NO CALENDAR CALLS

请不要向地区民事法院提交任何日历请求.  Let us get the existing requests taken care of first.  I will tell you when you can begin filing new calendar requests.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COURT

Wear a mask when you come to the courthouse.  Tell your clients to wear masks.

As much as possible, talk to your clients ahead of the court time.  I know that is hard with appointed clients, but please try.  我们想尽量减少你和你的客户在大楼和场地上的时间.

COURTROOM CHANGE—LEXINGTON

碰头day, 3月26日 和 星期五day, March 27

Because of construction, 从周四开始，通往法院的主要中心街入口将关闭, 3月26日.  原定于审判室A举行的所有活动现将在审判室E举行.

公众可以从第二街通往法院的入口进入E号法庭.  市民可从大楼中心街一侧的监狱/裁判官入口进入书记办公室, beside the jail sally port.

March 16th-April 17th

A mixed session of District 法院 will be held every day. These sessions will h和le criminal, 民事, domestic violence, 少年, 和 all other District 法院 matters.  Most cases will be continued until after April 17^th. 

对于客户在监狱中的刑事案件，法院将处理抗辩和保释动议. 律师可以与地区检察官办公室一起制定这些案件的日程安排，如果这些案件还没有在案卷上的话. 

青少年犯罪案件中当事人被安全拘留的情况, hearings on continued secure custody will be held if not waived.  In A-N-D cases, initial non-secure custody hearings will be held.
